Celebrating Children is an 8 Module course designed to help, and minister to "Children at Risk". It was developed by PhD educators from Viva network. It is being taught for the first time in Thailand throughout the year of 2009. We, (Gary and Paula), taught Module 1 and will also teach Module 5. This photo is of the children's workers who are attending the Celebrating Children training. Simon Dong, Thailand Assistant Manager for KidsQuest is holding the sign at the top, and Gary is holding the heart. Others are from World Concern, World Vision, and various NGOs and Thai churches.
